Abstract: Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) is becoming a widely deployed mechanism in broadband wireless networks due to its capability to combat the channel impairments and support high data rate. The Proposed System considers the Resource Allocation and Distributed Power Allocation Scheduling with Greedy Search Method in the downlink of OFDMA networks supporting Distributed Antenna System. The purpose of Resource Allocation is to allocate sub-carriers and power to users to meet their service requirements, while maintaining fairness among users and maximizes resource utilization. To achieve these objectives, utility-based Resource Allocation schemes along with Resource Allocation paradigms such as power control, adaptive modulation and coding, sub-carrier assignment and scheduling are adopted. On one hand, a utility-based Resource Allocation scheme improves resource utilization by allocating enough resources based on user’s Quality of Service (QoS) satisfaction. On the other hand, Resource Allocation based on utilities is non-trivial when users demand different traffic types with convex and non- convex utilities. The proposed scheme efficiently schedules users by exploiting multiuser diversity gain, OFDMA Resource Allocation flexibility and utility fair service discipline.

Abstract: The main objective of this project is to enhance the data storage security during disaster. So that IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) methodology will be implemented here. This is to provide more security for the storage devices during malware attacks and also during disaster. The remote monitoring system is growing very rapidly due to the growth of supporting technologies as well. And also problem that may occur in remote monitoring such as the number of objects to be monitored and how fast, how much data to be transmitted to the data centre to be processed properly. This study proposes using a cloud computing infrastructure as processing centre in the remote sensing data. This study focuses on the situation for sensing on the environment condition and disaster early detection. Where those two things, it has become an important issue, especially in big cities big cities that have many residents. This study proposes to build the conceptual and also prototype model in a comprehensive manner from the remote terminal unit until development method for data retrieval. We also propose using DCN method to guarantee the delivery from remote client to server. In added with the remote monitoring system will keep on tracking the database architecture for the data transfer. Whenever destruction occur the data base architecture will transfer the database to the concern location assigned from the admin. So that data base can be saving exactly with the last fine transaction. Here data loss will not occur at any cost. This method is based on IP conflict procedure. So that roll backing process can also be possible. Using the same procedure of IP conflict method and this method will shows the data up to last minute transaction. Enhanced DCN has been used for encrypt the data during the time of data transaction. When a database has been encrypted using a DCN means, the DB could not access by third party.

Abstract: Internet of things has taken the world to the next level with its principle of internetworking of physical devices. Automation is the key concept behind IoT (Internet of Things). A smart electricity meter designed on the basis of IoT features reduces the involvement of manpower in electricity invoice generation. It primarily increases the accuracy in invoice generation which in-turn boosts country’s economy. Smart electricity meter is designed in such a way that it overcomes all the possible miscellaneous techniques of meter tampering. A remote enabled energy consumption indicator will always solve the problem of energy crisis existing in the world. A NODEMCU is used as an interface unit between existing electricity meter and end user to establish connectivity. This paper presents a comprehensive study of smart electricity meter and their utilization focusing on key aspects of metering process, different consumer interests, and the technologies used to satisfy consumer interest. Furthermore this paper highlights the challenges raised due to tampering of electricity meter and a way to resolve them.

Electronic Protection for Confidential Documents in Exam section

Abstract: “Education is the most powerful weapon which we can use to change the world & examination is a tool to test what we have learned.” Every year during time of examination we will come across some news in the newspaper and television about mal practices happening in various Examinations, for example paper leakage, rewriting of answer sheets , forged attendance etc and hence the exams are being postponed / cancelled. Which results into loss of money for reprinting question paper, loss of time & efforts, loss for sincere students and so on. Thus by considering the problems a plan has been made to implement a system which will help to stop this malpractice in exam section. We propose an Electronic Security for Confidential Documents in exam in order to prevent wrong practices in exam section. Confidential documents including question papers will be sent to the examination centres in a sealed electronic box, which cannot be opened before the stipulated time. This will enable the documents to be locked and sealed till desired time before examination The device will then be sent a message from the base station which will request for a password to be entered. When the Password and timing matches, the box will open through a motorized mechanism. After which question papers & other documents can be taken out for distribution. The box will have a mechanism to detect any sort of unauthorized tampering with the help of box tampering sensor.

A Review on Real Time Image Processing for Recognition of various type of Dynamic Facial Expression

DOI: 10.17148/IJIREEICE.2017.51106
Abstract: In this paper, various types of dynamic facial expression are recognized by real time image processing using support webcam. Dynamic facial expression recognition is continuous process and gives the results immediately. Real time image processing consists of three modules i.e. face detection, face tracking and facial expression recognition modules. In the following paper, facial expression recognition system works by tracking a face and recognizing the face in four classes of expressions : mental state, physiological activities, verbal and non-verbal communication. In absence of any expression, it is said to be “Neutral” expression and intensity of a particular expression can be identified by the level of its “dissimilarity” from the Neutral expression. Several facial expressions can be represented by only two types of information’s : (i) class to which it belongs (ii) its intensity. So, one of the major perform a which is given maximum importance in this project through which facial expression is supposed to be detected is its intensity.

Solar Power Development In India- A Review

Abstract: The Indian power sector is witnessing a revolution as excitement grips the nation about harnessing electricity from various renewable sources of energy. India has become the world‟s next clean energy „hotspot‟ as it plans to meet its substantial future energy from renewable sources. These include wind, solar, bio-mass, hydro, wastes etc. Electricity generation from renewable energy sources is increasingly recognized to play an important role for the achievement of a variety of primary and secondary energy policy goals, such as improved diversity and security of energy supply, reduction of local pollutant and global greenhouse gas emissions, regional and rural development, and exploitation of opportunities for fostering social cohesion, value addition and employment generation at the local and regional level. Due to its geographical location; India receives a high intensity of solar radiation. Currently, India is pushing forward a massive plan of generating electricity by using solar radiation. [1][6]. The Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission was launched in 2009 to create policy conditions to make solar power as affordable as conventional power by 2022, and establish India as global leader in solar energy. The Mission creates a secure investment structure designed to encourage large-scale investment, technical innovation and rapid cost reductions in solar energy technologies within India. The Mission also aims to foster inclusive growth by empowering the most disadvantaged and remote communities to service their own energy needs using off-grid applications. Early results show major successes in reducing solar tariffs, but suggest the need for improved initiatives to ensure long-term project sustainability, meet the needs of energy-poor people, attract international financing, and address potential environmental impacts of solar power.[1]
