Systolic All One Polynomial Multiplier for Reed-Solomon Encoder
G.NHIVASHINI
Abstract: Irreducible polynomial algorithm for modular multiplication with a large modulus has been widely used for error control coding in secured data communication. This paper presents an area-time efficient bit-parallel systolic multiplication architecture over GF (2m) based on irreducible all-one polynomial. This circuit is constructed by identical cells, each of which consists of one two-input AND gate, one two-input XOR gate and Bit shift cell. The proposed architecture is well suited to VLSI systems due to their regular interconnection pattern and modular structure.

Novel Steganographic method for Encrypted Image as a cover media for Binary image, Text and Audio
MR. ARJUN R. NICHAL, MR. VINOD B. KUMBHAR
Abstract: Data hiding is an important branch of information security. Imperceptibility and Hiding Capacity are very important aspects for efficient secret communication. In this paper we propose a Steganographic method for encrypted image. In this method our aim is to embed the data like binary image, Text and Audio file in encrypted cover media. This method first encrypts the Cover media with encryption method and after Encryption secrete data can be embedded into the Encrypted cover object by modifying a small proportion of Encrypted data. PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio), EC (Embedding Capacity) and NBE (Number of Bits Embedded) these three are the quality parameters.

Reduction of Energy Loss Based On Network Reconfiguration and Distributed Generation in Radial Distribution System
SANTHOSH KUMAR ASPARI, JAMPU SREENIVASULU
Abstract: This paper presents a new methodology of codification to the conventional genetic algorithm (GA) used in network reconfiguration method, to minimize the real power loss and as well as to improve the bus voltage profile of the given distribution system configuration in the presence of distributed generation (DG). In network reconfiguration for loss reduction, the solution involves a search over relevant radial configuration. The optimization problem is subjected to system constraints consisting of load- point voltage limits, radial configuration format, no load-point interruption and feeder capability limits. In this paper, a method, based on genetic algorithm (GA) to determine the minimum configuration is presented. A genetic algorithm (GA) is a search or optimization algorithm based on the mechanics of natural selection and natural genetics. But some problems, specially related to a codification that is able to represent and work with a complex multi constraint and combinatorial problem such as this one have prevented the use of the full potential of these algorithms to find quality solutions for large systems with minor computational effort. Hence, the main innovation of this method is that new types of crossover and mutation operators are proposed to generate the initial population (descendent), such that the best possible results are obtained, with an acceptable computational effort. This paper proposes a solution to the problem, with a new codification and using an efficient way for implementing the operator of recombination to guaranty, at all times, the production of new radial topologies. The developed methodology is demonstrated by a 33-bus radial distribution network with distributed generation (DG).

Abstract: This paper presents the simulation of power electronic converter for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) based Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS). The modeling of wind turbine and PMSG is carried out in MATLAB to determine its parameters. An Active Diode clamped multilevel inverter (ADCMLI) with a novel double carrier pulse width modulation (DCPWM) has been proposed for the wind energy system. Performance parameters are evaluated for the proposed converter and the results are verified.

Fluorescent Light-Sensor-Based Transreceiver
DIPALI JADHAV, G.R.GIDVEER
Abstract: This paper describes a novel light-sensor-based information transmission system for indoor positioning and navigation with particular benefits for mobile and wearable computers. It can seamlessly extend outdoor GPS tracking to the indoor environment. In a novel manner, fluorescent light is used as the medium to transmit information, which is encoded by using a pulse frequency modulation technique. The user receives the encoded light information through a photo receiver. The information is passed into the wearable or mobile computer after the data are decoded. This information allows positioning information to be given to indoor mobile and wearable computers. We design an economical transmitter circuit by adding a few components to a commercial electronic ballast circuit for fluorescent lamps with a price of less than 10 USD. The proposed system can be used in Indoor guidance and navigation applications.
This system is to identify the different blocks in the organization by using the RF transmitter. And the employer can be able to find where the employee in the organization. All the multinational companies are having more than 50 blocks in a single building those are working for different projects. So it is difficult to find by the new employee to know which block is be- longs to which category. For this we are going to develop a new system which is apt for the new employee’s to know the different blocks in the organization. The internal architecture of the mechanism consists of a GPS receiver to track the position of the employee when he was at outside and a RF receiver receives the information from the individual blocks transmitters and he can be able to see the information which is regarding the block in the LCD display when he was entered in to indoor. For synchronizing all these blocks we arranged a micro controller for receiving the information through RF receiver and transmitting the position of the employee details. Every block in the organization is having a RF transmitter which is capable of transmitting the relevant information about the block name and relevant details about it. All the RF transmitters can be placed in 30m distance for avoiding the signal interference. We can increase the number of transmitters according to the organization requirements.
GPS is the acronym for global positioning system which receives the information from the satellite anywhere in the world and provides the same for controller. The GPS provides us the data like location, time, and speed. The controller accepts these data in a sequence of steps as per instruction set as provided to the controller.

Abstract: In this research paper, the proposed concept is to replace the manual work in public distribution system. The ration distribution system is automated by using PLC, which is similar to the ATM. This automated ration system replaces the conventional ration card system by smart card. In addition, the finger print detector is placed in the machine in order to check the correct user access. If the user is correct user, the next process takes place and the input can be given in the touch screen. As soon as the input is given, the products are obtained from the automated ration shop and the amount is taken from the bank account of the particular person. The embedded controller is pre- programmed in such a way to perform the similar operations. In this automated ration shop government have control over all transaction that occurs in ration shop. In order to involve government in the process, the proposed ration shop system is connected to the government database via GSM modules, which further sends the up-to-date information to the government and the consumer. For the efficient operation and economic constraints of the system, the power supply unit is fully made alternate to solar power.

Stability Aware Routing in MANET
PARUL TOMAR
Abstract: An ad hoc wireless network is a collection of wireless mobile nodes that establish some kind of coordination among them to form a network. In ad hoc networks, all nodes share a single radio channel. Therefore, nodes that are within radio distance of other nodes can directly connect with each other [1]. Mobility increases the difficulty of communications among nodes due to variable radio channels and multi-path fading. While ad hoc networks have expanded and their technology has advanced considerably, there are still issues that need to be looked at more closely. These issues include throughput, delay, channel capacity, and power consumption. Power is a crucial factor especially in mobile ad hoc networks. In order to keep the network alive it is acting as fuel. Thus, power conservation helps in prolong network life. Here, in this paper we are presenting a new approach “Stability Aware Routing in MANET”.
