Abstract: The quantity of street mishaps increments and causes numerous issues. Numerous individuals bite the dust and harmed. Likewise, that causes numerous financial, social and mental issues that have negative effect on the improvement of the world. The primary reason for most of these mishaps is because of the infringement of the traffic rules: driving with high speeds, crossing a red-light signal, not keeping adequate separation with the front vehicle in the roadways, driving an inappropriate opposite way, and so forth. As the number of streets and avenues are huge and the all-out length of these streets is long, it is extremely unlikely to completely screen every one of them all the time by Traffic Patrol or camera frameworks. This paper proposes a framework to consequently and self-sufficiently identify and record the criminal traffic offenses without the help of the individual. We propose the advancement of a gadget (on-board unit) that will be put inside the vehicle and be made sure about with the goal that the vehicle's driver can't stop it. This ready unit identifies and records the significant petty criminal offenses carried out by a vehicle progressively whenever in wherever. What's more, we propose a programmed revealing framework to send the submitted petty criminal offenses to the traffic authority frameworks.

Abstract: We distinguish that in technological era, there is massive demand of electricity in various region like Industrial area, domestic appliances, hospitals and many more, but we are unable to fulfil the demand of electricity. Hence we have demonstrated the concept of power reactor which has capability to transform the world. It works on the principle of energy conversion. While generation of electricity in thermal power plant coal, petroleum product, etc. burned out to stew water and get pressurized steam. The steam is given to swivel turbine and the electricity is obtained through alternator. In power reactor it will produce electricity for self-operate and the power get inverted to achieve greater voltage and current. This helps us to conserve fossil fuel. This concept can be adopted in most of the devices like airplane, cars, bikes, satellites, etc. The major element in reactor is a transformer which step ups and step downs the voltage and two batteries which charge each other continuously and output is taken out. This power reactor is in tall in home or in industrial area then definitely we can minimised the electricity expenses and help india to be part of Atmanirbhar Bharat.

DOI: 10.17148/IJIREEICE.2020.8615
Abstract: We can generate energy from most of the sources like solar, wind, hydro, coal as a Fuel in plant etc. But in most there is cost problems for plant establishing, running, Maintenance or availability of resources (fuels) which are going to be exhausted one day. New generation of rapid transit trains requires a more effective energy management for reduction of energy consumption during the journey. In the country like India where the population is growing up drastically ,so it is necessary to control traffic in big cities of India and also it is necessary to control pollution in environment, so that’s why metro is the best way to reduce traffic and also these mass transit vehicles enable large reduction in terms of emissions. This metro is not completely depended on electricity means to say that here the continuous supply will be eliminated which is use to drive metro with the help of overhead line. We also reduced overhead line and other electrical equipment required in metro train system. We are going to drive our metro train with the help of super-capacitor bank, it acts as a source. This super capacitor unit will give continuous supply to motor of the train. It is having one-time installation cost. The super- capacitor-based metro train is one of the best achievements in future by seeing rapid consumption of coal and other fuel in present situation.

Abstract: The recent development in simulation speed and capacity of magnetic field, and the power electronics, the field of wireless power transfer has been developed significantly. In the future transport area, electric vehicles are considered as replacement of oil- powered internal combustion engine driven vehicles, especially for the CO2 reduction and alternative energy perspective. However, electric vehicle requires several key issues resolved in view of the heavy weight, bulky volume, and limited driving distance. In this paper, the innovative on-road dynamic wireless charging technology for electric vehicle, called OLEV, is introduced. The electric vehicle charging technology can be classified as conductive or wireless, stationary or dynamic, and slow or fast. The fast charging in the range of 100 kW of power capacity and wireless dynamic charging concept are described. Also the design concept, system architecture and development process of optimizing the magnetic flux field for the higher power transfer efficiency are described in this paper. The dynamic charging technology is also compared with the stationary conductive charging for electric vehicles, in view of its development concept and status, and practical feasibility of the innovative technology. Energy is transferred from two tracks of rail in the road via a movable arm attached to the bottom of a vehicle. The design is not dissimilar to that of a Scalextric track, although should the vehicle overtake, the arm is automatically disconnected.

Abstract: Power Transformers are the most vital components in a sub-station / Receiving station. Failure of a Transformer leads to loss of revenue besides affecting reliability of power supply to consumers. It can lead to non availability of the transformer for long durations. In this paper, an approach to evaluate transformer‘s aging condition is introduced based on multi-parameters. Firstly, the different types of insulations in transformers like solid insulation and liquid insulation have been discussed. Later, the ageing process of these insulations used in transformer has been illustrated in detail. Different condition monitoring techniques used for transformer are included to assess the life of insulating material. A program is developed in Visual Basic Software which is very user friendly software. Through the developed program, we can predict the remaining life of transformer. Moreover, a software system based on transformer’s electrical and thermal parameters is developed correspondingly, by using a multi- parameters analytic approach. This system is expected to help in planned maintenance of Transformer on fields. This can help the utilities in making optimum use of the transformers and also taking timely decisions regarding refurbishment / replacement of transformers. Various transformer insulation properties like electrical properties, oil quality and temperature are considered in assessment of remaining life of transformer.

Abstract: This paper presents a control of a micro-grid at an isolated location fed from wind and solar based hybrid energy sources. The machine used for wind energy conversion is Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) and a battery bank is connected to a common DC bus of them. A solar Photovoltaic (PV) array is used to convert solar power, which is evacuated at the common DC bus of DFIG using a DC-DC boost converter in a cost-effective way. The voltage and frequency are controlled through an indirect vector control of the line side converter, which is incorporated with droop characteristics. It alters the frequency set point based on the energy level of the battery, which slows down over charging or discharging of the battery. The system is also able to work when wind power source is unavailable. Both wind and solar energy blocks, have Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) in their control algorithm. The system is designed for complete automatic operation taking consideration of all the practical conditions. The system is also provided with a provision of external power support for the battery charging without any additional requirement. A simulation model of system is developed in Matlab environment and simulation results are presented for various conditions e.g. unviability of wind or solar energies, unbalanced and nonlinear loads, low state of charge of the battery. Finally, a prototype of the system is implemented using a 5-kW solar PV array simulator and a 3.7 kW wound rotor induction machine and experimental results are produced to reaffirm the theoretical model and design.

Abstract: The Transit Elevated Bus (TEB) (simplified Chinese: traditional Chinese: pinyinis a proposed new bus concept where a guided bus straddles above road traffic, giving it the alternative names such as straddling bus, straddle bus, land airbus, or tunnel bus by international media. A trial was scheduled to begin in Beijing's Mentougou District by late s2010. However, the project was not given authorization by the district authorities because the technology was considered to be too immature, and further trials were subject to the development of a concept to prove the system actually works. The city of Manaus, Brazil, has also evaluated the option of installing a straddle bus in its city streets. At the time of the 2016 unveiling of the scale model, it was reported that a prototype would be deployed by mid-2016 in Qinhuangdao. Four other Chinese cities, Nan yang, Shenyang, Tianjin, and Zhoukou, had also signed contracts for pilot projects involving the construction of test tracks beginning in 2016. However, a claimed test of a prototype design was heavily criticized in August 2016, and appears to be abandoned as of December 2016.

Abstract: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) are used to control industrial machinery such as AC servos, general-purpose inverters, and sensors. They are widely used in factory automation systems for manufacturing and processing lines, machine tools, and industrial robots. Peripheral units of module type PLC include a variety of products to match the specific requirements from end users, while the proliferation of development resources has be- come an issue. To solve this problem, Renesas overs a peripheral unit platform based on the RX Family, which covers a broad performance range (32MHz to 240MHz) and a multitude of peripheral functions. This helps reduce the amount of development resources needed. For block type PLC, RX64M product provides a one chip solution with large capacity RAM, Ethernet, USB, SDCard I/O integrated, leading to both performance rise and BOM size reduction.

DOI: 10.17148/IJIREEICE.2020.8626
Abstract: Glaucoma is a disease in which the optic nerve of the eye gets destroyed. As a result, it causes vision loss or blindness. However, with earlier diagnosis and treatment, eyes can be protected against severe vision loss. Most of times peripheral vision can be damaged earlier than an individual’s central vision by Glaucoma because it does not show any sign and symptoms. The existing procedures to detect Glaucoma are time consuming and uncertain at the clinic. We propose a low cost Glaucoma detection system which is a computer-based technology and therefore, it uses algorithms to instantaneously detect and classify healthy and Glaucoma eye. It does this by analysing Region of Interest (ROI) of images through implementation of various image extraction features like Colour histogram, Haralick texture features using GLCM matrix, Multi level wavelet based feature using discrete wavelet transform. For Classification of healthy and Glaucoma eye we proposed Supervised Machine Learning approach using Random forest algorithm. The performance of the proposed method was evaluated in terms of accuracy, specificity, sensitivity and more parameters. From the experimental results of the proposed system, the accuracy, specificity, sensitivity is obtained as 95.65, 96.66 and 95.16 respectively.

Abstract: In power system the power flow analysis (also known as load flow study) is an important tool used for analysis of power system. Load flow studies helps in determining the bus voltages, phase angles, active, reactive power, losses, power factor, etc. at different buses, generators, transformer in balanced and unbalanced conditions. For the analysis of load flow, methods generally used are Gauss-Seidel method, Newton-Raphson method and Fast Decoupled method. Newton-Raphson method is comparatively better for radial system hence; this method is identified for load flow analysis. Our scheme for load flow analysis is 11/3.3 kV Electricity Sub centre Padmapur W.C.L. Substation, Chandrapur for which all the parameters are calculated and compare with simulation results. ETAP (Electrical Transient and Analysis Program) software used for the simulation of scheme and the results from substation are compared with the simulation results.

DOI: 10.17148/IJIREEICE.2020.8631
Abstract: Image restoration is used to in the Prior information of an image can often be used to restore the sharpness of edges. De-blurring is the process of removing blurring artefacts from images, such as blur caused by defocus aberration or motion blur. Motion blur is the apparent streaking of rapidly moving objects in a still image. A Gaussian blur is the result of blurring an image by a Gaussian function. The success of recent single-image methods partly stems from the use of various sparse priors, for either the latent images or motion blur kernels. In this thesis, we propose a novel scheme based on sparse representation to identify the blur kernel. By analyzing the sparse representation coefficients of the recovered image, we determine the angle of the kernel based on the observation that the recovered image has the most sparse representation when the kernel angle corresponds to the genuine motion angle. Then, we estimate the length of the motion kernel with Radon transform in Fourier domain. Our scheme can well handle large motion blur even when the license plate is unrecognizable by human.

Abstract: In this paper an approach is presented to analyze the fetal health through the study of fetus Electrocardiogram (ECG). This paper presents the detail survey on different features of fetal heart which are P-wave, QRS wave and T-wave amplitude and width, segment intervals like PQ interval, RR interval, Heart rate, Heart rate variability, fetal heart axis, these are the standard and most required features. This paper reviews the different features of fetal heart and different feature extraction techniques through fetal electrocardiogram and thus classifying the fetus into normal and abnormal class. In this paper a hybrid approach is presented to study the fetus ECG. Processing the ECG includes pre-processing, feature extraction, beat detection and classification. Here, we have implemented Pan tompkin algorithm for feature extraction, and PTE algorithm for beat detection. According to the literature, classification accuracy claimed is in the range of 92 to 99.68%. Though there has been significant variation in the range of accuracy it is at the cost of various other factors such as computational complexity. For simulation, Abdominal and direct Fetal ECG dataset of various time samples of different frequencies are taken from physionet.org database.

Abstract: This Work is based on Arduino, motor driver and Bluetooth module. Arduino is an open source prototyping platform Based on easy-to-use hardware and software. Arduino uses an ATmega328 microcontroller. Since robotics has become a major part in our daily life and also in the engineering field and it plays a vital role in the development of new technology. This is a very simple and easy type form of remote-control wheelchair, where the ordinary micro-controller has been replaced by Arduino and IR sensors has been replaced by a Bluetooth module. The remote can be any android or IOS cell phones. This project can be made in a bigger scale for real time vehicles. We are now living in the 21st century. Now, smart phone has become the most essential thing in our daily life. Android application based smart phones are becoming each time more powerful and equipped with several accessories that are useful for Robots. This project describes how to control a wheelchair using mobile through Bluetooth communication, some features about Bluetooth technology, components of the mobile and robot. We present a review of wheelchair controlled by mobile phone via moving the wheelchair upward, backward, left and right side by the android application such as Arduino, Bluetooth. Bluetooth has changed how people use digital device at home or office, and has transferred traditional wired digital devices into wireless devices. Here we are using Bluetooth communication, interface microcontroller and android application. We are using Arduino software to interface the Bluetooth module with microcontroller. According to commands received from android the robot motion can be controlled. We derived simple solutions to provide a framework for building wheelchair with very low cost but with high computation and sensing capabilities provided by the smart phone that is used as a control device.
