The study delves into their dietary preferences, lifestyle behaviors, and challenges, aiming to uncover actionable insights that businesses can leverage to cater to this underserved segment.

The niche food delivery market, marked by increasing demand for customized solutions such as health-conscious meals, dietary-specific options, and culturally relevant cuisines, presents an exciting opportunity for growth.
