Abstract: The purpose of the study was to compare Athletic Power in Power lifting, Judo and Weight Lifting. The 40 players were selected for sample size of each group of the study and their age ranged between 20 -25 years. Exclusion criteria were the presence of chronic medical conditions such as asthma, heart disease or any other condition that would put the subjects at risk when performing the experimental tests.Athletic Power measured by using the Standing Broad Jump. The mean, S.Ds and ANOVA and LSD Post hoc Test was utilized the level of significant was set up at 0.05 level. The result shows significant difference of Athletic Power among three groups of Combat Sports. The findings of the study show that Power lifting players was found to have less Athletic Power abilities as compare to their counterparts of Weight lifting. the findings of the study show that Weight lifting players was found to have good Athletic Power abilities as compare to their counterparts Judo Players.

Abstract: This paper presents the design and implementation of a Smart Mirror that combines functionality and interactivity. The mirror acts as a conventional reflective surface and a smart display for user-specific information. By incorporating a password-based authentication system, the Smart Mirror ensures secure access and personalizes content, such as calendars, reminders, and health updates, for verified users. The work leverages Raspberry Pi as the core hardware and Python for software development, aiming for a cost-effective and modular design. This effort highlights the potential of integrating smart technologies into everyday devices, making them user-centric, functional, and adaptive to modern needs.

Methods Total 200 physical education and non-physical education students of across the India selected for the present study.

Tools of the study The Ways of Coping-Revised (WOC-R) Scale was used to measure coping strategy of between physical education and non-physical education students

Results In order to find out the differences of Self-blame between physical education and non-physical education students t-test was used , the finding of the study shows that significant difference was found out of Self-blame between physical education and non-physical education students. The result reveals that insignificant difference of coping was found in between physical education and non-physical education students .

Abstract: In this paper, a nonlinear fractional diffusion and wave equations are solved using the Abaoub-Shkheam Decomposition Method (QDM). The Caputo sense is used to characterise the fractional derivative. An example is provided to demonstrate the method's efficiency and practicality.

Abstract: Malware, or malicious software, is defined as any software that is purposely meant to harm computers, networks, or users. Malware is a broad term that refers to numerous forms of malicious programs used by cybercriminals to steal data, disrupt operations, or gain illegal access to networks.In order to analyse and represent the data, many different types of charts and diagrams are used. It further elaborates on issues such as adversarial threats, computational cost, and data quality in a complete view of the area. The paper tests both conventional machine learning algorithms and state-of-the-art deep learning models, which, in the author's opinion, prove that convolutional neural networks are the superior choice for malware detection. The authors also point to the necessity of balanced datasets and hybrid analysis methods, which apply both static and dynamic techniques for dealing with malware complexity. Through key findings and actionable insights, this paper helps to advance work on the further development of automatic malware analysis systems and the hardening of digital infrastructures.

Abstract: Here this document presents design and implementation of a mobile embedded system to measure load currents, overvoltage, transformer oil level and oil temperature. This is implemented by using on-line measuring system using Internet of Things (IOT), with single chip Arduino microcontroller and sensors. It is installed at the distribution transformers i.e. The output values of sensors are processed and recorded in the system memory. System programmed with some predefined instructions to check abnormal conditions. If there is any abnormality on the system, details are automatically updated through serial communication. This Internet of Things (IOT) will help the utilities to optimally utilize transformers and identify problems before any catastrophic failure occurs. Thus online-measuring system is used to collect analyse temperature data overtime. So, Transformer Health Measuring will help to identify or recognize unexpected situations before any serious failure which leads to a greater reliability and significant cost savings.

Abstract: This paper investigates the modal characteristics of an elliptical core optical fiber embedded with negative refractive index material (NRIM). Utilizing the method of separation of variables in the elliptical coordinate system, we derive the eigenvalue equation in terms of first and second-kind Mathieu functions under the weak guidance condition. Numerical computations focus on cutoff frequencies and the behaviour of lower-order odd TM modes for different aspect ratios. The study reveals that the proposed waveguide supports only odd TM modes when highlighting a unique mode- selective feature. Additionally, the cutoff frequency exhibits a decreasing trend as the aspect ratio increases, demonstrating a direct correlation between waveguide geometry and modal dispersion. The variation of cutoff V-values is systematically analyzed and graphically represented, providing insights into optimizing waveguide design. These findings contribute to the advancement of optical waveguide technologies, offering potential applications in high- precision sensing, optical communication, and photonic integrated circuits.

Abstract: Softball is often perceived as less injurious than overhand throwing, but evolving epidemiological and biomechanical data show that softball pitchers sustain a substantial proportion of upper-extremity injuries, many related to repetitive loading and mechanical factors. This narrative literature review synthesizes biomechanical principles of the windmill pitch, identifies kinematic and kinetic variables associated with shoulder and elbow tissue stress, and examines how mechanical faults, workload, and fatigue interact to produce injury. Major mechanical contributors include poor kinetic-chain sequencing (lower-extremity/trunk deficits), excessive shoulder distraction and rotational torques, increased elbow valgus moments, altered timing of trunk rotation and arm acceleration, and suboptimal landing/stride mechanics. Overuse (pitch count, insufficient rest) compounds these mechanical stresses and is strongly associated with pain and pathology. Laboratory and field studies demonstrate associations between specific kinematic patterns (e.g., late trunk rotation, early arm abduction, decreased hip-trunk separation) and elevated peak shoulder distraction forces and elbow torques—mechanical mediators for tendinopathy, labral injury, biceps pathology, and medial elbow stress. Evidence supports targeted interventions: kinetic-chain strengthening, pitching mechanics retraining, structured workload limits, neuromuscular control programs, and fatigue-monitoring. However, disparities remain in quantity and quality of softball-specific research compared to baseball, limiting definitive causal attribution. Future studies should standardize biomechanical protocols, include prospective designs with workload monitoring, and evaluate injury- prevention programs specific to windmill mechanics. This review provides practitioners and researchers a mechanical framework to reduce injury risk in softball pitchers.
